    I have been a part of Australia's largest youth development organisation for more than 10 years and currently hold the role of Officer Commanding for a Unit with 60 Cadets and 3 staff in Dundas. The role of Officer Commanding primarily is to maintain the Units capacity, staff performance, manage public monies and compliance to Commonwealth regulations and Defence directives.
